Based in the CBD / Southbank Area, with a very highly regarded property company, this opportunity will oversee the property management department, mainly focusing on Melbourne's Inner CBD and Inner West corridor.

Currently comprising a team of approx. 5 in the Melbourne property management team, the company offers a very stable business. The property management team comprises of Senior Property Managers, a Leasing Consultant, Administration, Trust Accounts (interstate) and Virtual Assistants.

The successful candidate will be heavily involved from a strategic perspective and the company has a very good growth strategy in place. While the role will not manage properties itself, the successful candidate should lead with a can-do, hands on attitude ensuring your success.

Beautifully fitted out corporate offices in this lovely part of Melbourne, ensures this role really is a worthy career move. The role will be provided with a lot of support and report to the National Head of Property Management interstate.

The role will focus on ensuring excellent processes and procedures are put and kept in place and provide a mentoring / leadership approach to the team with a focus on operations and strategic management.

The position will offer a generous remuneration and the successful candidate should come from a Department Manager or Team Leader background ready to step up in their career.
