The Role

As the Project Manager, you will lead and oversee end-to-end delivery of fit-out projects across various commercial and industrial spaces. You will work closely with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure each project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle from tender award through to completion and handover.
• Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and site staff to ensure smooth onsite operations
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and cost control measures
• Liaise with clients, architects, consultants, and suppliers
• Ensure WHS compliance and risk mitigation on all job sites
• Provide accurate progress reporting and project documentation
• Resolve issues and variations as they arise to maintain project momentum

About You

• Proven experience in a similar Project Manager role within the fit-out or construction industry
• Experience managing commercial and/or industrial fit-out projects is essential.
• Strong organisational, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
• Trade qualification or construction management degree preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
• Current White Card and a valid driver’s licence
