About the Role

This is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing and driving the company's commercial sales strategy across Melbourne.

The role requires industry knowledge, a strong commercial acumen, and proven ability to win and deliver large projects from tender to delivery.

• Lead commercial growth strategy, reporting directly to the MD
• Oversee performance of residential and commercial sales teams, ensuring KPI and revenue targets are met
• Develop and implement supplier agreements to onboard new clients
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, finance, production, service) to align operations with commercial goals
• Drive market research, customer training, and brand positioning initiatives

What we're looking for:

• 8+ years background in building materials, windows & doors, or construction supply
• Proven success in account management, business development, and securing supply agreements
• Capable of guiding sales teams and aligning departments with commercial goals
• Strong understanding of KPIs, ROI, cost structures, and commercial reporting
• Skilled in negotiation, client onboarding, and internal training
