An industry-leading mobile phone spare parts provider is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to growth across its high-value product portfolio in Sydney. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially savvy sales professional with experience in mobile phone spare parts sales.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to ensure continuous sales growth.
• Built Strong relationships with new and existing business.
• Working towards sales targets and KPIS in CRAZY PARTS to maximize revenue and increase share of wallet.
• KPIs including monthly meetings with key stakeholders.
• Customer feedback and market intelligence.
• Solid understanding of products, services, and provision of customer solutions.
• Maintain portfolio budget of 100% and above.
• Monthly and quarterly sales reviews and presentations for accounts.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction standards.
• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with client and business goals.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure quality, delivery, and service expectations are met.

• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to remain ahead of the market.

Requirements
• Comprehensive understanding of phone parts industry or similar.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to interact with a variety of people.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work autonomously.

• Ability to prospect, present, propose and close solutions.

• Contacting prospects and customers on daily basis.

• In-depth understanding of sales solutions.

• Valid driver’s licence.

• Eligible to work in Australia in full-time basis.
