Due to expansion of the business, there is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic Fleet Coordinator / Trainee Fleet Manager to join our busy team. As a Trainee Fleet Manager, you will work closely with the senior Finance and Operations teams to support and eventually take ownership of all facets of the role.

Key Responsibilities:

Day-to-day coordination of a fleet of 60+ vehicles (cars and trucks) across 4 states

Vehicle acquisitions, disposals, registrations, and maintenance scheduling

Lease administration and optimisation

Insurance claims and renewals

Fringe Benefits Tax (FBT) calculations and compliance

Fuel card and toll account management

Fleet reporting and data analysis to support decision-making

Ensuring compliance with safety, licensing, and regulatory requirements

Primary Requirements:

A degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Accounting, or a related field

OR at least 1 year of experience in a fleet coordination, administration, or operational support role

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Confident with numbers and financial reporting – experience or interest in FBT and leasing a plus

Excellent communication and organisational abilities

A proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment

Excellent references preferred
