Role Overview:
As Bar Manager, you will oversee the bar’s operations, create a high-quality cocktail menu, and lead a team of bartenders to provide excellent service. Your role will involve collaborating with the kitchen to ensure cohesive food and drink pairings while maintaining efficient stock and operational management.

Responsibilities:

Develop a cocktail menu that blends Japanese flavors with contemporary mixology trends.

Manage, train, and motivate a team of bartenders to deliver consistent service.

Handle inventory, ordering, and cost control for the bar.

Work with the culinary team to create complementary food and drink pairings.

Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.

Maintain compliance with hygiene, safety, and industry regulations.

Qualifications:

At least 2 years of bartending experience with expertise in cocktail creation.

Experience in a fast-paced bar or restaurant environment.

Strong knowledge of spirits, mixology, and industry trends.

Proven leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Knowledge of Japanese cuisine and culture is a plus.
