We currently have a rare position available for a highly motivated Full Time Pastry Chef. You must be passionate about producing exceptional quality artisan, cakes, pastries, biscuits and slices.
The successful applicant will have:
• At least 1 year demonstrated experience
•Excellent time management and the ability to work within a small team
•Creative and innovative ideas
• A passion for quality presentation and a keen eye for detail
•Strong written and oral communication skills
•Ability to develop and maintain standardized recipes
•Ability to develop new product lines in consultation with management
*Experience in principles of HACCP
