The Opportunity:
We are looking for the industry’s finest Senior Chef / Senior Pastry Chef to join our team to deliver a best-in-class experience for our guests. Use your skills and experience to ensure outstanding dish delivery. You will have experience in a high-end bar and/or restaurant environment and genuine interest for hospitality and creating the perfect journey for your guests.

Working with the Bouzy team:
Our aim is to create and nurture the best team on the Melbourne scene. We understand how important the back of house team is to the success of a venue and we want to put Bouzy on the map. To do this we are putting together the best team we can find, and we are looking for players that want to see just how good it can get. You will be personally trained by our Head Chef Christos Milionis, a Melbourne Hospitality veteran , who is actively involved in service and ready to lead our crew to A-Team status.

About the role:

38 hour roster over 4 days. No unpaid overtime. All additional hours worked are paid.
