What we are looking for:

- At least 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef

- Proven pastry chef experience in a fast paced environment

- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team

- Great time management and organization skills

- Excellent pastry skills with a keen eye for detail

- Ability to work under pressure

From the team behind suburban gems Riserva, Baia Di Vino and San Lorenzo, Lucia is the youngest sister of the family.
