The Opportunity

Leapfrogger is seeking a passionate and performance-driven Digital Account Manager to lead relationships with a portfolio of well-known brands across Automotive, FMCG, and Retail. You’ll be the strategic lead for your clients, helping them maximise ROI through best-in-class digital strategies across Paid Search, Programmatic, and Social. This is a client-facing role where your ability to build trust, deliver results, and collaborate with internal specialists will be key to success.

You’re a confident communicator and digital thinker with a strong grasp of media performance and client service. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable managing multiple campaigns and stakeholders. You’re data-driven, detail-oriented, and always looking for ways to improve results. You bring a proactive mindset, a collaborative spirit, and the leadership potential to grow with the role.

Key Responsibilities

· Own and manage client relationships as the key day-to-day contact

· Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel digital campaigns

· Analyse performance data and deliver actionable insights

· Collaborate with internal specialists to align strategy and delivery

· Manage budgets, timelines, and project execution with precision

· Maintain high-level communication with internal and external stakeholders

· Stay ahead of digital trends, platforms, and ad tech developments

Key Attributes

· 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, media, or performance (Search, Social, Programmatic)

· Strong communication and client service skills

· A solid grasp of data, media performance, and digital planning

· Organisational superpowers and ability to juggle multiple deadlines

· A collaborative, proactive mindset with leadership potential

· Open to candidates with slightly less experience but strong drive and attitude
