The Role

This is a permanent full-time position where you will play a pivotal role in our finance team, reporting directly to the Managing Director.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivables processes.

Conduct budgeting and forecasting activities.

Oversee banking operations and ensure accurate monthly P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow management.

Prepare statutory reports including BAS, PAYG, and Superannuation.

Actively participate in financial meetings with the Managing Director.

Review payroll preparation and payments.

Supervise inventory management, shipping, and foreign trade activities.

Provide leadership and guidance to the accounts team.

Skills and Experience Required:

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent qualification.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of practical accounting experience in Australia.

Analytical Skills: Acute analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Communication: Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills at all organizational levels.

Software Proficiency: Proficient in XERO (experience with MYOB, QuickBooks, or similar ERP systems is advantageous) and MS Office Suite.
