About the role
As a Customer Experience Specialist at Lightning Broadband, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our valued clients. In this casual contract (40 hours a week + weekends upon need and availability) based in Elsternwick, VIC, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing support, answering queries, and resolving issues in a friendly and efficient manner.
What you'll be doing
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Providing accurate information about Lightning Broadband's products and services
- Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members when necessary
- Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a customer service or call centre environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to effectively handle a variety of customer inquiries
- Proficiency in using computer systems and technology to access customer information and provide solutions
- A positive, friendly, and empathetic attitude with a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction
- Flexibility to work in a casual environment, including evenings and weekends as required
