Our L'Oreal team is growing! We’re currently looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our Inbound Contact Centre program!
About the role:
We’re looking for multiple Customer Service Representatives to join our inbound Contact Centre Team representing the global leader in hair and cosmetics L'Oréal. As a Customer service Representative you will:
Be an exemplary representative of a Global Cosmetics Brand
Commit to consumer advocacy and to delivering great outcomes for both the consumer and company
Be responsible for handling consumer communication enquiries and providing consumers with a highly personalised experience throughout
Offer professional advice via phone, email and web chat support to consumers.
About you:
Excellent communication skills
Previous Contact Centre experience highly regarded
Knowledge of L'Oreal brands would be beneficial but not essential
Confidence with a positive attitude
Ability to think on your feet
Strong computer and systems literacy, SAP experience desirable
Available to work a rotating roster Monday to Saturday; between the hours of 8am-5pm.
