Customer Helpdesk in small friendly team based at our Ormond office
Our Company has worked for Corporate and Government business units for over 35 years and has a strong trusting relationship with our long term Clients.
Your role would be pivotal to maintaining that relationship by providing knowledge, solutions and care to customers of our clients. There is no opportunity to work from home. We have locations in Melbourne's south eastern suburbs.
Customer care experience in the last 3 to 5 years within Australia is highly valued and would preference your application.
Excellent English both verbal and written is essential as 70% of the communication is via email and sms.
The hours are flexible but a minimum of 30 hours per week is the required availability. Shifts vary between 8:00am to 8:00pm Monday to Friday.
