We're looking for a friendly, organised, and customer-focused person to join our team as a Candidate & Client Support Coordinator. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for calls and support tickets, helping resolve questions about pay, contracts, and onboarding. You'll also support our internal teams and make sure candidates and clients get fast, helpful service.
What You'll Do:
Answer incoming calls and manage support tickets - solve most issues without needing to escalate.
Help candidates with onboarding tasks like collecting documents and checking compliance.
Handle admin tasks such as contract extensions, updating data in Bullhorn/FT360, and chasing timesheets.
Work with payroll to fix pay issues and support rate changes.
Provide great customer service to candidates and clients, keeping them informed and happy.
Collaborate with internal teams to make sure problems get solved quickly.
Join training sessions to stay up to date on systems and processes.
What You'll Need:
Previous experience in customer service, admin, HR, or recruitment is a plus.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Able to juggle multiple tasks and stay organised.
Comfortable using systems like CRMs or quick to learn new tools.
A team player who enjoys helping others.
