Fantastic role for an experienced Customer Service Officer!!

Our client is a wholesaler of pharmaceutical products and healthcare services!

To assist with their operations we are looking for a Customer Service Officer (on-site)

Monday to Friday (9AM to 5PM - subject to change)

Key Responsibilities (but not limited to)

• Attending to customer calls (processing requests, transaction concerns, escalations to departments)
• Liaising and collaborating with internal and external departments
• Building relationships with customers
• Assisting in the resolution process of a customer query
• Open to continuous skill improvement
• Be part and encourage a co-operative and positive attitude amongst colleagues and customers

This role will also require working 1x Saturday every 2 months (9AM - 2PM)
