About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable commercial real estate agency in a full-time role based in Norwood. You’ll be responsible for managing a high-quality portfolio of commercial properties, working within a collaborative team that values strong communication and service excellence. Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of a well-maintained commercial property portfolio
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs, including obtaining quotes and managing insurance claims
• Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, contractors, and stakeholders
• Conduct routine, ingoing, and outgoing inspections
• Administer lease renewals, rent reviews, and lease compliance
• Monitor and manage rental arrears, ensuring timely follow-up
• Respond to tenant enquiries professionally and efficiently

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in commercial or residential property management
• Must hold a current Real Estate License, a valid Driver's License, and have access to your own vehicle.
• Highly organised with a strong sense of initiative and follow-through
• A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office (experience with Cirrus8 is a bonus)
• A collaborative team player with a positive, results-driven attitude
• Must have exposure to commercial property administration or Senior Residential property management
