Little Hinges is looking for a sharp, creative, and data-driven Content & Insights Manager to champion our brand as Australia’s leader in virtual tours and property marketing. You’ll also help build our founder’s personal brand as a property data expert, crafting content that educates, inspires, and positions us at the forefront of the industry.

The Role
As our Content & Insights Manager, you’ll be the architect and voice behind all things content—across our brand channels, social media, and property data thought leadership. You’ll blend creativity with analytical rigour, using numbers and insights to tell compelling stories that set Little Hinges apart. You’ll work closely with our leadership team to shape our content strategy, manage our social presence, and produce engaging, data-rich content for both the Little Hinges brand and our founder’s personal platforms.
What You’ll Do
Own and execute the content marketing strategy for Little Hinges, positioning us as the market leader in virtual tours and property marketing.
Develop, manage and execute a social media campaign calendar across our LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other emerging social platforms.
Craft thought leadership content (PR articles, posts, infographics, videos) for our founder, building their reputation as a leading property data expert.
Analyse property and market data to generate unique insights, turning numbers into scroll stopping stories and graphics that drive engagement and media attention.
Collaborate with our product, sales, and marketing teams to create case studies, reports, and campaign assets that showcase our impact.
Monitor and report on content performance, iterating based on business objectives, analytics and feedback.
Stay ahead of real estate and property marketing trends, bringing fresh ideas and best practices to the table.
Who You Are
A natural storyteller with a knack for turning complex data into clear, engaging content.
Deeply curious about property, real estate economics, and how data shapes decision-making.
A social media guru who understands how to build brand and personal authority online.
Analytically driven, and comfortable working with numbers—Excel, Google Sheets, and basic data visualisation tools are second nature.
Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
A collaborator who thrives on feedback and iteration.
Must-Have Experience
3+ years in content marketing, communications, or a related field—ideally with exposure to real estate, property, or data-driven industries.
Demonstrated experience managing social media channels for brands and/or executives.
Proven ability to develop data-driven content—think infographics, market updates, or research-backed PR articles.
Strong writing, editing, and visual communication skills.
Experience working with analytics tools to measure and improve content performance.
Experience working with CRM & CMS platforms (HubSpot & WordPress experience is highly advantageous)
