About the Role
As our Home Care Manager in the Adelaide region, you'll lead a dedicated team of caregivers to deliver high-quality, personalised support to clients in the comfort of their own homes. You’ll play a key leadership role in ensuring our services are not only compliant but also truly person-centred.

Your Responsibilities

Lead with Compassion: Inspire and support your team to uphold our high standards of care.

Tailor Every Experience: Design and oversee personalised care plans that respect each client’s individual needs and preferences.

Uphold Excellence: Ensure compliance with care standards and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Collaborate for Better Outcomes: Work closely with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to deliver seamless, holistic care.

Manage Resources Wisely: Coordinate staffing, budgeting, and care agreements to ensure optimal delivery of services.

What You Bring

Registered Nurse (RN) or Enrolled Nurse (EN) qualification and current registration

Demonstrated leadership skills and team management experience

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Strong understanding of home care standards and regulations

Confidence using care management systems and digital tools
