We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Assistant with good computer skills, a positive can-do attitude, and a strong willingness to learn. Based in Cabramatta, this part-time position supports the daily finance and administrative operations of an established wholesale Asian grocery business with over 30 years in the industry.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to grow their skills — no prior industry experience is required, and full training will be provided. Hours may be flexible, and can be within school hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide general administrative and office support

Scan, save, and organise digital invoices

Maintain accurate filing systems and records

Follow up on and obtain invoice approvals

Assist with payroll processing and data entry

Communicate professionally via email and phone

Prepare basic summaries and assist with financial reporting

What We’re Looking For:

Good proficiency with computers — confident using Microsoft Suite, cloud storage, and emails

Ability to work independently and take initiative

No prior experience needed – training provided

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Excellent attention to detail and time management

Good communication skills

Proficiency in speaking Vietnamese or Chinese is preferable

Experience with accounting and MYOB is advantageous but not essential
