We are seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to manage and oversee property maintenance requests, liaise with tradespeople, and ensure maintenance tasks are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining the quality and livability of our rental properties.

Manage incoming maintenance requests via PropertyTree or other CRM systems

Coordinate and schedule trades and contractors

Follow up on job progress and ensure completion

Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and costs

Communicate with landlords, tenants, and suppliers

Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements

About You

Previous experience in property management, maintenance coordination or administration is highly regarded

Excellent organisational and communication skills

Ability to multi-task and work under pressure

Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems

Mandarin speaking is highly preferred, as many of our clients are Mandarin-speaking property owners
