About the role

As a Property Manager at Raeon International (Victoria) P/L, you will play a vital role in overseeing the day-to-day operations and management of a portfolio of residential properties primarily in the heart of Melbourne. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the properties under your care, providing exceptional service to both landlords and tenants.

What you'll be doing

Manage a portfolio of residential properties, including liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors

Conduct property routine and open inspections, coordinate maintenance and repairs, and ensure properties are well-maintained

Handle tenant inquiries, lease negotiations, and lease renewals in a professional and timely manner

Oversee the collection of rent and manage rental arrears effectively

Prepare detailed property reports and maintain accurate records

Assist with the marketing and leasing of vacant properties

Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation and industry best practices

What we're looking for

A minimum of Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (CPP41419), formerly known as Agent's Representative Certificate or interstate equivalent

Minimum 1 year of experience in a property management role, preferably in the residential sector

Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with landlords and tenants

Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

Proficient in using property management software (PropertyMe, IRE, Inspection Express) and relevant technology

Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations governing the residential property market

Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

A proactive and adaptable approach to your work
