WE’RE HIRING: Onsite Assistant Property Manager / Property Manager
📍 Location: Glen Waverley, VIC 3150
🕒 Employment: Casual to Start → Pathway to Full-Time, full training provided
💰 Award Rates $60,000 - $75,000 p.a, depending on experience

Are you reliable, organised, and great with people? We’re looking for a motivated Property Manager or Assistant Property Manager to join our growing team in Glen Waverley!

This role will begin as a casual position (approx. 3 months) with the potential to transit into a full-time opportunity for the right candidate. We manage a strong local portfolio and value service, integrity, and professionalism.

What we’re looking for:
✅ Reliable and proactive attitude
✅ Previous customer service experience (real estate experience is a bonus)
✅ Strong communication skills
✅ Willingness to learn — we’ll provide full training
✅ Must be eligible to work in Australia
💡 Agent’s Representative Certificate and/or experience in property management is a plus — but not essential

The position responsibilities include ;

-Routine inspections

-Condition and exit reports

-Open inspections

-Key collection and drop-off

-Leasing enquiry management

-Tenants and contractors management and communication

-Some administrative tasks
