One Group Realty (OGR) is a boutique, custom solution real estate group based in Melbourne’s northern corridor. We specialise in property sales, property management, house and land packages, and project sales. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Manager to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee a portfolio of properties, ensuring all aspects of property management are effectively handled.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all properties, including tenant details, inspection reports, and maintenance logs.

Stay updated on industry trends, legislation changes, and best practices in property management.

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing tenant and owner enquiries and resolving any issues promptly.

Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, and service providers.

Receive support from an Assistant Property Manager, enabling you to focus on higher-level tasks and client relationships.

Arrears Management

Handle lease negotiations, renewals, and terminations in accordance with current legislation and company policies.

Attending and preparing for VCAT if/when required

Qualifications:

Agent Representative Certificate (essential).

Minimum of 6 months of experience in property management or a similar role.

In-depth knowledge of property management practices, legal requirements, and tenancy laws.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Australian driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Proficiency with property management software and real estate databases.
