Property Manager (Residential Only)

Location: Melbourne CBD

Our client is a prestigious property development company specializing in luxury high-rise buildings in Melbourne CBD. They currently manage 100 premium residential apartments and are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Residential Property Manager to join their team.

Position Overview

As a Residential Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of 100 residential apartments. You will be expected to take the initiative, interact effectively with tenants, and deliver high-quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Residential Property Management

• Manage all aspects of residential property leasing, including tenant inquiries, maintenance coordination, and rent collection.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
• Respond promptly to tenant issues and work proactively to resolve any problems.
• Conduct regular inspections and ensure all properties are well-maintained and compliant with relevant regulations.

Flexible Work Arrangement

• If Saturday inspections are required, time off can be arranged during the week (time in lieu).

Communication and Customer Service

• Interact daily with tenants to handle their concerns and provide a high level of service.
• Prior experience in customer service is highly valued.

Administrative and Operational Duties

• Maintain accurate records of tenancy agreements, communications, and maintenance tasks.
• Ensure adherence to relevant property legislation and company standards.
• Collaborate with building management and relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in residential property management.
• Must demonstrate a proactive and self-driven attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; confident in dealing with tenants.
• Good customer service background is an advantage.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is preferred but not essential.
• A current Real Estate Agent's Representative Certificate is required.
