About the Role
As a Category Specialist, you will work in a highly experienced project team and drive best-in-class commercial outcomes for the organisation's external spend. Your expertise in strategic procurement will foster impactful partnerships, driving continuous improvement, innovation, and sustainable procurement practices.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Championing a safe, high-performance, values-driven culture
• Developing category strategies and sourcing plans that align market opportunities with business needs
• Negotiating contracts that optimise cost, risk, and supply assurance while adhering to governance framework
• Building strong, collaborative relationships with suppliers to ensure quality delivery and sustained performance

About You
We're looking for a strategic thinker with demonstrated expertise in Procurement and Supply Chain. Your ability to influence, negotiate, and build meaningful connections will help shape the business's future.

• Proven experience in Procurement and Supply Chain, with the ability to craft and implement strategies that drive commercial success

• Confidence in negotiating complex contracts to achieve optimal outcomes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or post-secondary studies in Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field
