Join our Perth-based team and take on a vital role in delivering reliable network operations across complex environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Support & Troubleshooting: Maintain network performance, respond to high-severity incidents (P1 & P2), and ensure issues are resolved within SLAs.

Network Security: Implement security measures, including firewall policies, access authentication, and disaster recovery planning.

Performance Monitoring & Configuration: Monitor network performance and configure network devices (routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs) for optimal functionality.

Documentation & Compliance: Maintain detailed technical documentation and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Mentorship & Collaboration: Support junior engineers and work closely with other teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of network systems.

Change & Case Management: Ensure all network changes go through proper approval processes and maintain accurate case notes.

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 5+ years of enterprise experience in networking.

Strong knowledge of enterprise networks and data centers.

Extensive experience with Cisco secure networks, including implementation, management, and troubleshooting.

Expertise in firewall technologies (Cisco, Check Point, Palo Alto, Fortinet).

Experience with load balancers (F5, Citrix NetScaler).

Hands-on experience with enterprise wireless networks.

Familiarity with software-defined networking (Cisco SD-Access) and SD-WAN environments (Cisco, Aruba, Fortinet).

Experience with network management systems.
