We're looking for a Service Transport Manager to join our Service team at our Salisbury Fresh & Clean Branch. Our typical working arrangement is early morning start and mid afternoon finish, leaving you plenty of time to enjoy the rest of your day and support your lifestyle. You will report to the Business Manager who oversees operations.
The key things you will focus on will be ensuring sufficient resources for daily route run completion, ensuring the safety and managing recruitment and performance, managing teams and promoting a positive working culture for your team.

The Service Transport Manager is a key part of the Fresh & Clean branch leadership team, providing direction and support to the Service Technicians, Service Supervisors and Allocators as well as an exceptional level of customer service. This role works in partnership with the Business Managers, Customer Care, National Operations teams. The Service Transport Manager supports and develops high quality, efficient service to all internal and external customers.
The key accountabilities of the role are, but not limited to:
To manage and maintain the branch service levels (SOS) for Washroom, Hygiene and First Aid services
Ensure Service Technicians achieve their daily targets and company non-negotiables
Maintain a vehicle fleet that is safe, presentable, fit for purpose and compliant in line with local legislation requirements
Work closely with suppliers, subcontractors, and key stakeholders to ensure budgets and service levels are maintained
Plan and execute all inventory requirements in line with budget, sales pipeline, and company policies
Support the Business Manager in people related matters (recruitment, probation reviews, performance, and disciplinary discussions)
Support the business in WHS/OHS matters including RTW planning
Key Skills and Experience Required:
Current people manager or 3+ years' managerial or supervisory experiences for 20+ people is mandatory.
Fleet management and scheduling experience is advantageous
A valid driver licence
