A well-established cosmetics manufacturer based in South Sydney is looking for an experienced and driven Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily warehouse operations and lead a small team.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Pay Rate: $75,000 - $85,000 + super

Shift time:

Monday to Thursday: 7.30am to 4.30pm

Friday: 7.30am to 1.30pm

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all warehouse activities including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods

Supervise and support a team of 5 warehouse staff, ensuring smooth daily operations

Maintain accurate inventory records and stock control

Operate and manage ERP systems (MYOB Advanced preferred)

Ensure compliance with WHS standards and company policies

Operate a forklift as required (loading/unloading pallets, stock movement)

Coordinate closely with production and logistics teams to meet business needs

Requirements:

Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory or team leader role

Forklift licence (LF) is essential - Counterbalance and High Reach experience

Experience using ERP systems, ideally MYOB Advanced

Strong attention to detail and time management skills

Confident communicator and team motivator

Physically fit and comfortable in a hands-on environment
