Location: Newcastle
Employment Type: Full Time - 38 hours/per week
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm

We're on the lookout for an experienced and proactive Operations Supervisor to lead our day-to-day fleet activities and help drive our high standards across the board.

What You’ll Be Doing
As our Operations Supervisor, you’ll play a key leadership role in ensuring our fleet operates smoothly and safely each day. You’ll also support, guide and mentor drivers and collaborate with key departments to drive excellence and efficiency.
Your key responsibilities will include:

Supervising and coordinating daily fleet operations

Ensuring the safety of drivers, passengers, partners, and company assets

Supporting the customer service team during staff shortages or unexpected events

Training and mentoring drivers in:

Safe, efficient driving practices

Customer service and care

Company policies and compliance

Implementing and monitoring company-led promotional and sales campaigns

Representing the company in external meetings, client negotiations, and partnership discussions

Preparing weekly and monthly operational performance reports

Working cross-functionally to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement

You’ll Have Authority To:

Assign driver shifts

Recommend disciplinary actions when necessary

Represent the company in external meetings under delegated authority

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications & Experience:

University qualification in business, transport, or related field (desirable)

Prior experience in:

Professional driving (e.g. taxi, Uber, bus, delivery)

Team supervision, operations or fleet management
