The Role

This award winning tourism company is seeking an experienced operations manager to join their team.

You'll be responsible for leading and managing the operations team of drivers and support staff to ensure on time performance and that a high level of product and service is supplied to customers.

In addition you'll ensure all legal regulations are met including licencing and health and safety.

Working closely with the company’s GM you will assist with ensuring budgets and yearly goals are met.

The Must Haves

Previous experience in managing a 7 day operations or transport team within a tourism or tour operator environment

Extensive understanding of the Sydney tourism market

Flexibility to work weekends and evening as required

HR licence

Adaptability and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
