Looking for an experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to act as a key support for FRV's Corporate Service Directorate.

About the Role

The Executive Assistant is a permanent role and will provide high level secretarial and administrative support to the Executive Director Corporate Services and coordinate the daily operations of the Office of the Executive Director, Corporate Services department.

The Executive Assistant will also involve managing all incoming and outgoing correspondence, diary management, preparing and assisting with executive papers and reports, record and file management and preparing agendas for meetings.

The successful incumbent will act as a point of contact for the Office of the Executive Director, Corporate Services and establish professional relationships with various stakeholders to provide appropriate and timely advice or information as required.

About you

To be successful in this position, you will have:

Relevant Business Administration qualification or equivalent.

Extensive experience as an Executive Assistant and/or Personal Assistant.

Demonstrated intermediate to high level of competence in Microsoft Office that includes Outlook, Excel and Power Point.
