Account Executive - Strata
Due to a period of growth our client are looking to take on an Account Executive to work with them in their Strata team.
Salary Range: Up to $100k including super

About Our Client:
Our client is a leading provider of strata insurance solutions, with a strong reputation for providing expert advice and guidance to clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for growth and retention
- Manage 70+ renewals a month
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, working closely with underwriters and other stakeholders
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on their insurance needs, presenting recommendations and options
- Negotiate terms with underwriters and manage policy renewals, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption to clients
- Process new business, endorsements, and renewals, ensuring 100% compliance with all legal requirements
- Contribute to the implementation of the company's vision and values, working collaboratively with the team to achieve goals
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of broking experience, with a focus on strata insurance
- Strong technical skills, including knowledge of insurance products, legislative obligations, and industry software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Proven sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to drive revenue growth and meet targets
- Ability to work effectively in a team, contributing to a collaborative and dynamic work environment
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments
