SEEKING MULTIPLE PRINCIPAL PROJECT MANAGERS
📍 Fortitude Valley | ⏳ Short 3 Month Contract Opportunity | 🚀 Major Digital Transformation Program

Are you a proven leader in project delivery, ready to drive a high-impact digital transformation? We're seeking two Principal Project Managers to join a major program currently in the planning and readiness phase - setting the direction for one of the largest digital health overhauls in the state.

You'll be leading the delivery and coordination of planning activities, helping shape future processes, technology, and stakeholder engagement frameworks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Define and manage project scopes, objectives and deliverables aligned with strategic implementation goals
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver business analysis and design activities
• Develop and manage project schedules, risks, and dependencies
• Engage with key stakeholders and boards to ensure alignment and accountability
• Foster a positive team culture focused on high performance and delivery excellence

ABOUT YOU:

• 5+ years' experience delivering large-scale projects within complex environments
• Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills across all organisational levels
• Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets and reporting
• Deep understanding of project management methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2)
• Experience in digital, ICT or health-related projects is desirable
