Are you a proactive and tech-savvy professional with a passion for supporting senior leadership? We are seeking an experienced Executive and ICT Support Officer to provide high-level administrative and digital support to senior executives and their teams in a dynamic and evolving environment.
About the Role
This role combines traditional executive assistance with a strong focus on digital systems and ICT coordination. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of executive offices by managing communications, coordinating meetings, maintaining digital records, and supporting the use of modern collaboration tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide confidential and efficient administrative support including diary and email management, meeting coordination, and document preparation.
- Draft and format professional correspondence, reports, and internal communications.
- Manage digital records and support the use of platforms such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and other collaboration tools.
- Liaise with ICT support teams to troubleshoot technical issues and assist with the adoption of new systems.
- Maintain internal registers and contribute to governance and compliance processes.
Selection Criteria
Essential
- Experience in a government or similar environment in an executive support or ICT-related role.
- Familiarity with digital records management systems and collaboration platforms.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Desirable
- Qualifications or certifications in business administration, ICT, or information management.
These Brisbane based roles will be hybrid, through to 30th June 2026 (with view to extension).
