Field Practice Lead – a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong trade background (ideally a Linesworker) who’s passionate about modernising field operations and driving safe, productive work practices.
Location: Bentley
Salary: $155,500 + Super
Full-Time / Permanent
Duties & Responsibilities :
Developing and improving field procedures
Driving innovation and modernisation in field operations
Managing the contractor authorisation process
Writing clear, compliant technical documentation
Ensuring alignment with Australian standards and regulations
Supporting field teams on-site, including regional travel
Skills/Experience Required :
Trade-qualified (Linesworker preferred)
Strong technical writing skills
Solid understanding of Australian energy systems and standards
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
Strong communication and stakeholder skills
Willingness to travel to regional/remote areas
