The Role

We have a rare opportunity for an experienced PracticeLead to join an organisation in a newly created role. You will be joining a well-established and high-profile organisation as they make changes in the direction of the IT team.

You will be responsible for the strategic direction of the organisation’s software, with strong experience with AWS a must for this role, with prior experience designing and implementing scalable cloud solutions.

You will work across the business to establish best practises, standards and frameworks, aligning technology to business goals and best practices. You will also bring your strong leadership skills to the forefront, mentoring the team and have the ability to engage and influence a variety of stakeholders in the business.

This is a permanentrole based in Perth’sinnersouthernsuburbs. You will be offered a salary of $145,000 - $160,000 + super depending on experience.

Your Profile

Your professional profile will consist of the following: -

• Extensive experience in ICT, with a strong focus on software development
• Prior experience in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of the SDLC and agile methodologies
• Excellent analytical skills with strong problem solving skills
• Great communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills and change management skills
• Hands-on experience with AWS, delivering scalable cloud solutions
