Renowned for their innovation in relining technology and commitment to service excellence, they are seeking an experienced Field Operations Supervisor to lead their specialised relining division.
About the Role
The Field Operations Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all field activities, with a particular focus on the delivery of high-quality relining projects. You will lead a team of skilled technicians, ensuring that jobs are completed to the highest standard of workmanship, customer satisfaction is prioritised, and safety practices are upheld.
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to a tradesperson with extensive relining experience, strong technical troubleshooting skills, and a passion for mentoring and developing teams.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise field staff specialising in relining and drainage works.
- Coordinate daily job schedules and manage on-site customer relationships.
- Ensure relining projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and to quality standards.
- Provide expert technical support for complex relining challenges.
- Manage urgent repairs, after-hours callouts, and reactive works via ServiceM8.
About You
You are an experienced plumber with specialist knowledge in relining systems and a proven ability to manage and uplift operational teams. You excel in fast-paced environments, enjoy problem-solving on the go, and are passionate about delivering exceptional results for customers.
- Licensed plumber (WA Tradesperson Licence essential).
- Current West Australian Driver's Licence.
- Minimum 5 years' plumbing experience, with significant expertise in relining and drainage repairs.
- Proven experience leading or mentoring field-based teams.
- Highly skilled in CCTV drain inspections, jetting, and trenchless repair methods.
- Organised, safety-focused, and proactive in driving operational improvements.
- Experienced with job management systems (ServiceM8 highly regarded).
- Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service focus.
