We’re Hiring: 2x Co-Studio Managers – J.I.M Prahran (Part-Time, with HUGE Growth Potential!)

Who Are We?
At J.I.M (Joy in Movement), we’re not your average fitness studio—and we’re proud of it. We’re the world’s first fully automated infrared group training experience, delivering twice the results in half the time—without the fluff (and without the burpees). And now, we’re launching our very first Melbourne location right here in Prahran.

This is a brand new studio, currently being built from the ground up, and we’re looking for TWO legends to come on board as Co-Studio Managers. These are part-time roles with the potential to go full-time and eventually lead your very own J.I.M studio as we expand across the city.

Your Role as Co-Studio Manager:

Be the face of J.I.M Prahran – welcome members, build relationships, and bring the local community into the J.I.M vibe.

Lead and grow our social media presence with engaging content.

Take charge of local marketing and creative campaigns to drive memberships.

Deliver exceptional member experiences that keep people coming back.

Oversee smooth, efficient day-to-day studio operations.

Shifts:

Monday to Thursday

Morning Shift: 6am to 11am

Afternoon Shift: 3pm to 8pm

Friday Shift: 6am to 11am

Saturday Shift: 7am to 12pm
