Our mission is simple: to help people move better, feel better, and live better. Club Pilates Australia is expanding rapidly, with Camberwell as our newest location. Looking for a passionate leader to drive its success.

Your Role

As Studio Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the studio’s operations, sales, and team management. Your leadership will shape the success of the studio, driving membership sales, maintaining excellent customer service, and ensuring a positive and engaging studio environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Lead generation through grassroots marketing and networking

Implement and refine the sales process to convert prospects into members

Drive membership sales and manage multiple revenue streams (memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training)

Oversee staff scheduling and ensure smooth studio operations

Supervise and train Sales Representatives and instructors

Manage vendor relations and maintain accurate retail inventory counts

Review instructor evaluations performed by Master Trainers/Lead Instructors

Oversee social media marketing and promotional campaigns

Coordinate and participate in networking and community events to drive engagement

What You'll Bring to the Team

2+ years of experience in retail, fitness, or service sales highly desirable.

Strong leadership and sales experience, with confidence in training staff

Ability to manage and grow revenue streams across various studio offerings

Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment and adapt to challenges

Passion for fitness and a desire to inspire others

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Professional, punctual, and reliable with a commitment to excellence

Can do attitude and is also a team player.
