Front of House Manager – The Hemp Store (Full Time)

Location: Woy Woy, NSW
Hours: 30+ hours/week (including Mondays, Fridays and two Saturdays per month)
Salary: $48,000 - $60,000

We’re looking for a Front of House Manager to lead daily retail operations at The Hemp Store. This is a key role for someone with strong retail leadership experience, excellent people skills, and a deep respect for wellness, plant-based living, and conscious consumerism.

About the Role

As our FOH Manager, you’ll oversee the in-store experience, ensuring smooth operations, a well-presented store, and exceptional service for every customer who walks through the door. You’ll manage inventory and sales, lead the floor team, liaise with suppliers, and collaborate with our online and marketing teams to align in-store promotions and campaigns. Additionally, you will be responsible for monthly reporting on sales data and provide key insights of store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage day-to-day FOH operations

Stock control, inventory management, and supplier liaison

Roster and oversee the floor team, ensuring quality service and team cohesion

Handle sales, cash handling, and POS operations

Ensure smooth opening and closing of the store

Execute and support in-store promotions in line with online campaigns

Collaborate with marketing and e-commerce teams

Simple data analysis and insights

Report directly to the Senior Manager and Owner

About You

Minimum 5 years experience in retail or customer-facing management

Ideally holds a qualification in business or retail management

Deep knowledge of hemp products, natural living, and wellness-based products

Strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills

Reliable, proactive, and comfortable working both independently and in a team

Able to work Mondays, Fridays and at least 2 Saturdays per month
