Seesaw Café is seeking a dynamic and motivated Front of House Manager to lead our energetic team! If you thrive in a fast-paced, friendly environment, love excellent coffee, and have a passion for outstanding customer service, we’d love to hear from you.

Your Role Will Include:

Managing day-to-day Front of House operations

Leading and supporting the FOH team

Providing exceptional customer service with a smile

Overseeing coffee and food preparation and sales

Performing stock takes and inventory control

Ensuring cleanliness and organisation across FOH

Opening and closing the café with care and confidence

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in hospitality or café management

Strong leadership and communication skills

Barista experience preferred

High attention to detail and strong organisational skills

A positive, can-do attitude and team-first mindset
