About the Role:

As an Audit Manager, you will play a key role in leading and managing audit engagements, working closely to build relationships with clients and supporting a junior team, all while being a part of an environment where your valued and your growth is a priority.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing end-to-end audit engagements for a diverse client portfolio
• Leading and mentoring a team, providing guidance and technical expertise
• Reviewing audit work papers and ensuring compliance with Australian auditing standards
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships, providing insights and value-added services
• Supporting business development and contributing to the firm’s growth

About You:

• Minimum 5+ years of external audit experience in an Australian accounting firm
• CA/CPA qualified or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of Australian Accounting Standards and Auditing Standards
• Experience managing audit engagements and mentoring junior staff
• Excellent client relationship management skills
• Open to travel occasionally across regional Australia for client engagements and training
