Your Role
Reporting to the Head of Program Management, you'll be the driving force behind our customer delivery strategy. Your ability to build relationships, simplify technical solutions, and rally cross-functional teams will be key to your success. This role is all about energy, innovation, and execution.
What You’ll Do
Lead high-impact customer onboarding and change projects with rigor and precision—governance, stakeholder mapping, risk management, and all.
Shake things up by streamlining processes and optimizing customer integration using cutting-edge technology.
Drive pre-sales and organic growth opportunities, working closely with Sales and the Program Office.
Deliver engaging product demonstrations that showcase real-world benefits to all levels, from managers to executives.
Own and enhance the customer experience, ensuring fast-tracked implementations and maximizing revenue opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to embed solutions into customer operations, ensuring a smooth transition from onboarding to go-live.
Facilitate solution workshops that uncover new opportunities and create real value for our clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships across all levels of our customers’ organizations, becoming a trusted advisor and champion for their success.
