You’ll help bring it to life: a heated resort-style pool, stylish pool suites, and Rottnest’s first dedicated function and events space.

This Role Is for a Game-Changer.

The Lodge Wadjemup is looking for a Food & Beverage Manager who will:

Lead, develop and inspire a high-performing F&B team.

Take full commercial ownership — from forecasting and inventory to cost control and promotional strategy.

Deliver exceptional guest experiences that reflect the uniqueness of The Lodge Wadjemup.

Collaborate with senior leadership to expand and grow the resort’s brand across all dining and events.

Drive growth from a solid foundation built across all outlets — from casual kiosk to large-scale events.

This is not a maintenance role. It’s a grow, innovate, refine, and lead role.

You'll Bring:

Proven leadership experience in fast-paced, multi-outlet hospitality environments.

A hands-on leadership style – you're not afraid to roll up your sleeves.

A “get it done” attitude with strong time management and the ability to prioritise.

Solid operational knowledge paired with strong commercial acumen.

A passion for delivering excellent guest experiences, developing your team, and driving margin performance.

A current WA Approved Manager’s Certificate and Safe Food Handling certification.

A valid National Police Clearance.

Bonus points if you’re familiar with Restoke, Bepoz, Tanda, Asana, and Microsoft Office.
