Mandurah Offshore Fishing & Sailing Club is located in a beautiful seaside setting. We operate a busy Function and Member hospitality business, supporting a wide range of competitive and recreational water activities for both adults and children covering sailing, power boats, fishing

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Team Leader/Supervisor to join our Food and Beverage team. The position requires a customer focussed professional with a cheerful demeanour suited to a family club environment. Working closely with our Food and Beverage Manager to deliver quality hospitality experiences, this role is key part of our team.

The Team Leader will:

• Supervise and lead our bar and service team.
• Oversee delivery of friendly, efficient, and courteous customer service to members and clients.
• Guide the development of other service team members.
• Assist with rostering, stock ordering and administration
• Assist with the running of internal Club functions and events.
• Adhere to club values, principles and procedures.
• Be able to work autonomously and show initiative.
• Have experience servicing weddings and large corporate events.
• Show well developed customer service skills and strong attention to detail.

Essential Criteria

• Current RSA and Unrestricted Approved Manager qualifications.
• 2 years experience in hospitality and customer service
• Available weekends and nights
• Flexibility to work a 7-day roster
• Friendly and well presented
