We are a family owned business in Belmont - Round The Corner Bar & Grill - that is looking for “That person” that will join our awesome team as a fulltime Duty Manager focusing on Food and in particular the Bistro. This position requires a passion for food but understands the beverage side of things as well, excellent customer service, attention to detail and a fun & happy personality.

The successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing the smooth & efficient daily running of the busy Bistro & Bar as well as maintaining excellence in food & beverage service standards to ensure our guests have a fabulous experience at our venue. You will need to be a strong leader with well-rounded competencies.

You will be required to assist the Venue Manager, other Duty Managers and Chef with day-to-day operations as well as overseeing the staff, bar and bistro during trading hours.

Has excellent verbal & written skills

Have problem solving and conflict resolution skills

Is flexible & available to work across a roster including week days, evenings, weekends & public holidays.
