Gosnells Golf Club is looking for a dedicated and dynamic Assistance House Manager to support our Clubhouse operations, mainly focusing on food and beverage service during member competitions and events. About the Role:

As the Assistant House Manager, you will work closely with the Clubhouse Manager to oversee daily operations, support staff, and ensure members and guests enjoy a memorable experience. Your primary focus will be on maintaining high standards of service during busy member events, overseeing food and beverage offerings, and assisting with internal and external functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Support daily food and beverage operations, ensuring smooth service.

Assist in staff supervision, training, and development.

Help coordinate all events to improve our member and guest experience.

Manage stock levels, inventories, and ordering.

Contribute to financial processes including invoicing and budgeting.

Build positive relationships with members and visitors to enhance their experience.

Support team in creating rosters and verifying timesheets.

Maintain health and safety standards across all activities.

About You:

Proven experience in hospitality, particularly in food and beverage management.

Strong leadership and team support skills.

Excellent organisation, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Passion for delivering high-quality service and member satisfaction.

Knowledge of alcohol serving regulations and licenses in WA.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

A professional demeanor with a team-oriented attitude.
