The Role:

This is a full-time role for a Junior Asset Finance Broker. The Asset Finance Broker will be responsible for engaging with clients to understand their financing needs, coordinating financing options, sourcing competitive interest rates, developing financial plans, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing excellent customer service. This role will be based in Adelaide, SA.

Tasks:

Contacting verified customers to understand their finance needs and their individual circumstances.

Identifying client objectives to determine the correct lender selection.

Collecting supporting documents, preparing and submitting finance applications in a compliant manner, in line with lender guidelines

Assisting the client through every step of the finance process from application to settlement

The Person:

We're looking for someone eager to learn and grow. Someone who wants to start their career in this rewarding field!

You have flair and the ability to build trust quickly with your customer.

Ability to navigate multiple systems at once whilst having a discussion with the client on the phone.

Customer service and call centre background is advantageous

Excellent communication and relationship skills (phone, writing and in person)
