About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accountant / Bookkeeper to join our dynamic team at Results Accounting Pty Ltd in Bella Vista, NSW. This is a part-time role, offering flexibility to balance your work and personal commitments. As a key member of our accounting firm, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality financial services to our diverse client base.

What you'll be doing

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records for our clients

Preparing financial statements, including profit and loss, balance sheets, and cash flow reports

Completing tax returns and ensuring compliance with all relevant tax regulations

Providing bookkeeping services, such as invoicing, payroll, and accounts payable/receivable

Advising clients on financial matters and strategies to improve their business performance

Collaborating with the broader accounting team to deliver exceptional client service

What we're looking for

Tertiary qualification in Accounting or a related field

Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar accounting/bookkeeping role

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial software (e.g., XERO, MYOB, QuickBooks)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients

Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all financial records

Proficient in data analysis and problem-solving

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
